Pet Policy

Pets are welcome & adored! We have a 2 pet maximum per apartment home. We do not have any weight restrictions, only breed restrictions. The restricted breeds include Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including but not limited to the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit Bull Terrier), Akita, and any mixes thereof with these breeds. There is a one-time pet fee of $350 for the first pet and $250 for the second pet that can be broken into 3-monthly installments. There is also a $25.00 per month, per pet, Pet Rent that will be added to your monthly rental rate. Please contact the Leasing Office for more details or with any questions.
